Narrowly missed excellence!

As far as the sound quality is concerned the product is eligible to get 5 stars but there are some issued to be looked after into :
1. The ear cups required to be larger than the existing one because at present it hurts after 15-20 minutes of listening and I have to adjust the same every 10 minutes to avoid the pain. The cups should cover the whole ear like a bowl where the whole ear should be inside the bowl. At present it is working like a lid which is being placed on the ear and starts hurting.
2. The blue-tooth connectivity sometimes get distorted and the sound cracks which is very much irritating.

I hope you will look after the issues to make the product absolutely perfect.
